Hi! I am Sofia Kourntatze

I am a Graphic and Advertising Design (BA) graduate at Frederick University Cyprus where I was 3rd award winner on the erasmus+ poster competition in 2015 . I have been working in the graphic design industry since 2016. I had the opportunity to work intense in the print production gaining valuable knowledge on printed media. Afterwoards I worked as the in-house designer for the Theatrical Organization of Cyprus for 2 theatrical seasons where I worked closely with other professionals in the theatrical field such as Directors and Dramaturgs and curated more than 10 plays creating their visual identities and applications from Posters and digital media to outdoor banners. My approach to Design and illustration is a blend of digital and sometimes handmade work.

During these years I did also freelancing where I worked for the creation of Brand Identity, book illustration and logo design, My creative path also led me into exploring product and lifestyle photography in addition to videography and motion graphics which are some necessary tools to promote client product and services.

Currently I am working in the web design industry while balancing freelance and looking forward to what else the future beholds!
